The history between two artists can transcend time and attitude . When Kosha Dillz first connected w/ Matisyahu over 15 years ago, he was young fresh out of New Jersey incarceration and performing with Matisyahu on Christmas Day in Times Square NYC at BB Kings . At that point, all Dillz wanted to do was rap and stay out of jail, while Matisyahu was on a meteoric rise to world fame with his hit song King Without A Crown. This time around, they connected once again for their 3rd collaboration after countless live tours around the globe and lives that differ from most in the universe. Grammy nominated Sam Barsh x teen phenom Snowball Beats lay the down-tempo foundation for the anthemic song that can be meant for the concealed thoughts of thousands. It is usually in the most strenuous times that artists tell the glorious tale of sticking with it that give the listener hope. Simply put, the collaborative effort hits all the notes of things we do not wanna talk about. This time, we might have to listen to it anyways we can, as all big gatherings and shows are getting cancelled!

"For the Ones" is the final single for Dillz' 4th Solo LP Nobody Cares Except You which comes out 4/3/2020. The album title echoes the fact even amongst all his failures, he will still "keep going" regardless of how everything feels right now with production by Sam Barsh and Jeremiah Raisen on the entire project, including features from Houston's Fat Tony and Gangsta Boo of Three 6 Mafia. This comes not even year after Dillz landed a performance at Coachella, Bottle Rock and Variety Magazine named him one of the top acts of 2019.

This year even though cancelled he will still have shows. Dillz penned this article "F it I'm going to SXSW for Variety Magazine.
