about

This album was the first album Kosha Dillz ever collaborated on with various producers and guest appearances. With features ranging from Matisyahu to Flynt Flossy of turquoise Jeep and Mickey Shiloh, Flex Mathews, Ida Hawk, and Mexican rap sensation Nina Dioz, the diversity of his effort proves to unify the distant topics. The album's cover What I do All Day and Pickle is a spin on The Velvet Underground and Nico, replacing the iconic Andy Warhol Banana with a Pickle. Kosha Dillz combines his user friendly and fun persona to deal with the depression and nostalgia of tracks like Varsity Blues and Beneath the Wound. As all projects , his international flare comes in on tracks like Hola Chaverim Shalom Amigos w/ Nina Dioz, a spanish-hebrew-engish hybrid and So Many People, a song about the Holocaust he recorded in Krakow Poland while visiting with his mother.

His goal to do exactly what he want is always achieved. Fitting to the title, the Pickle seems to be the spin he throws on his own brand. You can't seem to put him in one box, which is likely to be while his live and recorded collaborations continuously hit every corner of the map.
